Our Story
A trade learned
from the ground up
Callum Eves left school and went straight into a joinery apprenticeship — learning the trade under his father Kyle, who has run Eves Construction for years. There was no shortcut. Just timber, tools, and the expectation that things were done properly from day one.
After qualifying, Callum spent time in shopfitting — working across commercial interiors and building a broad understanding of how joinery has to perform in the real world. When he left to go self-employed, Eves Joinery was born.
The two firms still work side by side. Kyle's construction company handles extensions and knock-throughs; Callum follows with the joinery. It's a partnership built on trust, shared standards, and knowing exactly what the other expects — because that's how it's always been.
Family Run
Two generations, one standard. Eves Joinery and Eves Construction work together on every project that calls for both.
Trade Trained
Fully apprenticed and qualified — not self-taught. The foundations show in the finish.
